About the Role:
Our client a fast-growing digital property management platform is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Operations Manager who can balance sales client engagement and operational management seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with condominium management committees property management companies property developers and other strategic partners.
- Lead sales initiatives track performance metrics and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Manage the client onboarding process ensuring a smooth and seamless integration with the platform.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to address inquiries and support campaigns effectively.
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure processes run efficiently and comply with company policies.
- Identify operational gaps implement process improvements and monitor their impact.
- Coordinate meetings appointments and preparation of materials for executive and board-level discussions.
- Support recruitment onboarding and training of new team members as required.
- Conduct surveys gather feedback and provide actionable insights to senior management for continuous platform improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in sales business development or operations; experience in property management or real estate is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala is essential; Tamil language skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented proactive and capable of handling both strategic planning and tactical execution.
- Comfortable with technology basic IT systems and accounting principles.
