Job Summary
Job Summary:
The Cost & Margin Analyst safeguards company profitability by ensuring accurate costing margin analysis pricing control and financial intelligence for production and procurement. This role directly supports the Managing Director and Finance Manager and is essential for achieving ICGs 2026 revenue target.
Job Responsibilities:
- Calculate standard and actual cost for Hot Press Cold Press and PUR lines.
- Analyze gross margin by SKU Top 5/10/20 groups supplier and production line.
- Build and maintain accurate selling price models for Sales BD and Marketing.
- Validate procurement cost supplier price trends and production cost accuracy.
- Deliver weekly margin reports and monthly costing analysis to FM & MD.
- Support S&OP with costing insights for production and material planning.
Job Requirements:
- Protect our gross margin
- Strengthen cost accuracy for Hot Press Cold Press and PUR
- Control selling price calculation for BD & Sales
- Support S&OP with costing and material insights
- Ensure confidentiality of financial and costing data
- Improve negotiation power with suppliers
- Enhance production and procurement efficiency
