- Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of the internal & external events in the company.
- Logistical Support: Participate in the setup and breakdown of events ensuring all materials are prepared and organized and the office stock.
- Administrative Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as data entry preparing reports and maintaining event calendars.
- Community Engagement: Represent the organization at events and engage with attendees to promote a positive experience.
- Compliance: New Joiners document requirement.
- Managing the workplace is clean and comfortable for everyone.
- Standby at the front desk to support the employee needs.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Marketing Business Administration or another related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs Sheet Slide) experiences using Canva or Cap cut or another tool is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR recruitment or marketing is advantageous.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
