Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing and improving French and Chinese education programs ensuring high-quality teaching effective curriculum implementation and positive learning outcomes for students while coordinating with teachers parents and internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and evaluate French and Chinese language programs and curricula
- Manage academic planning assessments exams and extra learning activities
- Lead supervise train and evaluate Team Leaders and Teachers
- Ensure teaching quality classroom management and effective use of resources
- Monitor student performance attendance well-being and learning progress
- Strengthen engagement with students parents and internal departments
- Collaborate with Pedagogy and HR teams on training and teacher recruitment
- Prepare academic reports and ensure accurate data and records management
- Support school safety facilities and learning environment standards
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Education Pedagogy or related field (Masters preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in education program or school team management
- French (B2) or Chinese (HSK 5)
- Good command of English
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Curriculum development and teacher capacity building
- Education quality assurance and assessment
- Strong communication reporting and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools
