A fantastic opportunity has arisen for aNeighbourhoodOfficer to join ourNeighbourhoodsTeam. You will contribute to sustainable communities through managing a wide range of tenancy management issues and the efficient letting of empty properties helping to improve lives.
The role holder will apply effective case management to support and signpost customers to ensure they can sustain their addition they will manage the customers tenancyin accordance withtenancy terms to reduce tenancy breachesandwhere necessary provide tenancy warnings.
To succeedyoullhave a working knowledge of housing law with experience of working with challenging and vulnerable customers in aface to facecustomer focused environment. You will also have experience offacilitatingmulti-agency meetings with partners and will be comfortable working in atarget-drivenenvironment.
