Job Summary
Domestic Considerations: Could be employed from any of the HOTR locations
Position Role. Up to 207 RSD. Attendance required on evening training nights during university terms circa 10 x weekends per year and summer deployment.
1. Plan and deliver ALDP syllabus and unit training plan as tasked by the XO.
2. Deliver creative training opportunities and activities by
applying innovative thought process
3. Provide advice and guidance on the planning and delivery
of unit military training to sub units.
4. Enforcement of Health Safety and Environmental
regulations and policies appertaining to training and/or
facilities.
5. Identify and mitigate risk at all levels of planning and
delivery.
6. Communicate the values and ethos of the British Army.
7. Manage unit transport.
