This role exists to lead and enhance coordination between Sales and Supply Chain leveraging advanced analytics forecasting expertise and business insight to optimize demand planning inventory management and commercial performance.
The incumbent acts as a strategic partner with a strong sales background challenging assumptions validating forecasts and driving operational excellence while remaining hands-on in operational processes.

- Provide leadership within the Business Coordination team ensuring alignment between Sales Supply Chain and Finance on forecasting demand planning and fulfillment strategies.
- Lead quarterly and annual forecasting cycles (Q/Q AOP) challenge sales projections and validate against market trends capacity and historical performance.
- Leverage BI tools (Power BI Tableau SQL) to deliver actionable insights to senior management and country heads for data-driven decisions.
- Oversee master data governance to ensure accuracy consistency and compliance across business systems.
- Develop and maintain executive-ready BI dashboards and standardized reporting to support operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor and optimize stock levels to balance service and cost improve inventory turnover and reduce excess/obsolete stock.
- Create and maintain documentation including design specifications requirements and user manuals
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance profitability service performance and cycle-time reduction
- Mentor junior coordinators to develop analytical capability and functional understanding within the team (player-coach model).

- 710 years of experience in Sales Operations Business Coordination or Commercial Planning.
- Proven success in leading forecasting cycles and aligning Sales and Supply Chain within a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge sales assumptions and drive data-based decisions.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI Tableau SQL) and ERP/SCM systems (SAP Oracle).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to present to senior leaders and country heads.
- Experience leading small teams or mentoring professionals in a fast-paced data-driven environment.
Minimum:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Analytics Supply Chain Management Data Science Computer Science Statistics or Economics

- MBA or Masters in Business Analytics or Supply Chain Management
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP)
- Microsoft Power BI or Tableau Certification
