Job Summary
Registration Portal CX Lead
Were seeking a visionary Registration Portal CX Lead to design optimize and manage our client onboarding experience for a financial trading platform. Enhance user journeys with seamless eKYC compliance screening and secure payment solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategically optimize and design a user-friendly registration portal for traders and investors.
Integrate specialized eKYC compliance screening and payment systems tailored to financial trading.
Conduct targeted user research usability testing and data analysis to improve onboarding.
Collaborate closely with IT compliance and product teams.
Partner effectively with compliance and payment vendors.
Continuously update onboarding strategies aligned with evolving financial regulations and UX trends.
Requirements:
Proven UX design leadership experience in financial trading or complex digital environments.
Strong knowledge of eKYC compliance and payment ecosystems.
Expertise in user-centered design research and usability testing.
Demonstrated ability to manage and scale UX/UI teams.
Deep understanding of financial regulations impacting onboarding processes.
