Job Summary
Are you a dedicated and empathetic SEN TA looking for a new role starting in January 2026 Would you like to support pupils within a welcoming and inclusive school in Bexley
We are recruiting a committed SEN TA to join a friendly and well-organised primary school in Bexley. This SEN TA role will begin in January 2026 with a structured induction process arranged before January 2026 to ensure the SEN TA feels confident and prepared.

The SEN TA will work closely with classroom teachers to provide tailored support to pupils who require additional guidance. As a SEN TA in Bexley you will deliver targeted interventions help pupils regulate their emotions and ensure pupils remain engaged in their learning. The SEN TA will also keep accurate records and contribute to review meetings as part of the wider Bexley team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide focused one-to-one and small-group support
- Deliver structured learning and behaviour interventions
- Assist with classroom routines and transitions
- Track progress and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with staff and families in Bexley
Requirements
- Previous experience as a SEN TA or in a similar role
- Adaptive calm and proactive working style
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Must be available for January 2026
