JD:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Workday Analyst with expertise in Workday Recruiting and Onboarding. This role will lead the design configuration and support of Workday modules ensuring seamless talent acquisition processes secure system operations and an exceptional onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge project leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting processes including job requisitions offer letter approvals dashboards reports and onboarding workflows.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes.
Manage integrations between Workday and external systems (e.g. Eightfold CRM) to enhance candidate experience.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues related to data performance scheduling and file transmissions.
Understand and configure Workday onboarding templates tasks and workflows to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
Preboarding Integration: Manage integration of preboarding activities such as document collection background checks and compliance forms.
Employee Journeys: Be aware of Workday Journeys functionality and design personalized lifecycle experiences for employees.
Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to optimize candidate-to-employee transitions and improve onboarding efficiency.
Build advanced reports calculated fields and dashboards to support HR analytics and business needs.
Design configure and maintain Workday Security roles domain policies and business process security policies.
Lead design development implementation and change management for Workday Recruit/Onboarding projects.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure timely completion across multiple teams.
Participate in all phases of SDLC from planning to post-production support.
Analyze impact of new Workday releases and recommend features for adoption.
Initiate and implement innovative process improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in Workday.
Hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting Security and integrations.
Experience performing complex data loads and audits.
Proficiency in SaaS design configuration and testing in Workday areas including Business Process Configuration Domain & Business Process Security Policies Advanced Reporting Custom Objects Calculated Fields Workday Studio EIB and Core Connector Integrations.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Global experience and cross-functional collaboration skills are a plus.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to multiple Workday functional areas such as Talent & Performance Compensation.
Familiarity with AI-enabled CRM tools like Eightfold.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
