Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive lead generation specialist to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads reaching out to potential clients explaining our services setting up meetings and supporting the client servicing team with communication follow-ups.
Role and Responsibility
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce agency services
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns website inquiries and referrals.
- Schedule appointments/meetings for the team.
- Handle basic inbound queries related to services pricing and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call/lead targets.
Skill Required
- Strong communication skills.
- Should be street smart with a zeal to proactively bring in closures.
- Strong persuasion negotiation and follow-up abilities.
