The Back Office Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the back office functions. They are responsible for handling administrative tasks processing data and supporting the overall efficiency of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organizing back office operations.
  • Handling data entry tasks using MS Office tools.
  • Coordinating with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Prior experience in back office operations is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management skills.
