Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant cum Back Office Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and support back-office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles Tally and Excel along with administrative and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily accounts using Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Prepare and process invoices purchase entries and sales bills
Handle GST TDS and other statutory compliance work
Conduct bank reconciliation ledger management and cash flow tracking
Manage and organize files bills vouchers and other financial documents
Support data entry record keeping and general office operations
Maintain inventory records and petty cash transactions
Assist in generating reports (MIS sales expenses etc.)
Respond to emails and coordinate with vendors or clients as needed
Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Graduate in / / BBA / MBA (Finance) or related field
Proficiency in Tally MS Excel and basic accounting software
Good understanding of GST TDS and Indian accounting practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
