Job Summary
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Unit Manager to join our clients Paediatric Ward team at a leading healthcare facility in Johannesburg South. As a Unit Manager you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to their youngest patients while ensuring operational excellence staff development and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Nursing
- Post basic qualification in Child Nursing Science / or Midwifery & Neonatology
- SANC registered
- Minimum 3-5 years experience
- The capacity to recognise development areas in others and support them to facilitate personal development through coaching
