Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced English-speaking Retention Agent to join our regulated Forex team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will have strong client-handling skills previous FX retention experience and the ability to maintain and grow an assigned client portfolio.

You will be responsible for managing warm leads and existing clients improving retention ratios and ensuring clients receive excellent support throughout their trading journey

Manage and retain an assigned portfolio of clients
Build strong long-term relationships with active traders
Contact clients via phone email WhatsApp and platform chats
Understand client needs and offer suitable trading solutions
Promote company products tools promotions and trading features
Guide clients through the trading platforms (MT4/MT5/WebTrader)
Increase client activity and reduce churn through effective follow-up
Achieve monthly retention KPIs and revenue targets
Provide market updates and basic trading explanations when needed
Ensure compliance with CySEC regulations AML and company procedures
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM

Requirements

Experience as a Retention Agent in Forex/CFD (mandatory)
Fluent English both spoken and written
Strong sales negotiation and closing skills
Ability to handle objections and convert hesitant clients
Knowledge of MT4/MT5/WebTrader platforms
Understanding of regulated environments (KYC AML)
Target-driven confident and comfortable working under pressure
Excellent communication and client-relation skills
High level of professionalism and reliability
Ability to work full-time on-site in Limassol
