Job Summary

A fast-growing iGaming company is seeking a Customer Support Agent to join its Limassol-based team. Dedicated to delivering exceptional user experiences the company blends human support with AI-driven solutions to provide seamless service to its players.

In this role you will assist players handle inquiries and ensure an enjoyable gaming experience. If you bring a customer-first mindset strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment this is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Previous customer support experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work shifts including weekends and nights (24/7 rotational shifts of 06:00 to 15:00 12:00 to 21:00 21:00 to 06:00 (Including weekends).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and efficient support to players via chat and email and phone.
  • Resolve customer inquiries troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products promotions and policies.
  • Assist players with account-related matters including transactions bonuses and verification.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements data protection laws and anti-fraud measures.
  • Meet performance targets including response times and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve the overall player experience.
  • Identify opportunities for proactive support and suggest improvements based on player feedback.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuously develop product knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Work assigned shifts including nights and weekends as part of a rotational schedule.

Information:

  • Shift schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts of 06:00 to 15:00 12:00 to 21:00 21:00 to 06:00 (Including weekends)
  • Starting salary 1700 Euro gross / month plus:
    • 35% extra for hours worked on Sundays and for any hours between 23:00 to 06:00
    • 15% extra for hours worked on Saturdays except for 23:00 06:00 which is 35%
    • Monthly performance-based bonuses.

  • Starting salary 1700 Euro gross / month plus:
    • 35% extra for hours worked on Sundays and for any hours between 23:00 to 06:00
    • 15% extra for hours worked on Saturdays except for 23:00 06:00 which is 35%
    • Monthly performance-based bonuses.
