Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Baker Gluten-Free Production to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing baking and finishing a range of gluten-free bakery items while ensuring strict quality safety and consistency standards.
Key Duties
Preparing mixing shaping and baking gluten-free doughs (bread wraps pizza bases and specialty items).
Supervising fermentation proofing baking and finishing processes.
Operating bakery machinery and ovens in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintaining strict gluten-free protocols and preventing cross-contamination.
Ensuring all products meet quality texture and presentation standards.
Monitoring ingredient quality and maintaining stock levels.
Maintaining a clean and hygienic production area in accordance with food-safety standards.
Working collaboratively to meet daily production schedules and order volumes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a baker; gluten-free baking experience highly advantageous.
- Understanding of gluten-free ingredients and formulation.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP food safety and bakery hygiene standards.
- Ability to work early mornings and in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliability teamwork and strong attention to detail.
- Relevant baking or patisserie qualifications (desirable).
