Key Responsibilities
Preparing mixing kneading shaping and baking bread rolls and other bakery products according to Bakers Delight recipes and standards
Monitoring baking processes temperatures and product quality to ensure consistency
Decorating and finishing bakery products as required
Operating and maintaining bakery equipment and ovens
Ensuring correct storage of ingredients and finished products
Maintaining high standards of food safety cleanliness and workplace hygiene
Assisting with stock control ordering and waste minimisation
Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Requirements
Relevant qualification in baking (Certificate III in Baking or equivalent) or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
Sound knowledge of baking techniques ingredients and food safety standards
Ability to work early morning shifts weekends and public holidays
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
