The Facility Coordinator will ensure the effective management and administration of facility operations contributing to the overall efficiency and functionality of the workplace. This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance repairs and improvements to facilities while maintaining a safe and organized environment for all employees and visitors.



Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor contracts oversee service agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
  • Monitor facility-related budgets and expenditures assisting in space planning and allocation and facilitating communication between various departments regarding facility needs and projects
  • Set up and maintain internal controls to protect assets ensure data accuracy and avoid fraud
  • Work with external auditors during audits providing documents and assistance as needed
  • Implement best practices in facility management supporting sustainability efforts and contributing to the overall strategic goals of the business.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience in fiscal management accounting and or Work Order management roles
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience in Facilities Management is desirable
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a challenging environment
  • Strong computer literacy including financial analysis tools software and/or ERP systems
