Role Purpose
This is a high-growth sales business development rolewhere the selected candidate will work closely with the CEO gain hands-on exposure in client acquisition and build a long-term career in technical B2B sales for engineering services.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to RFQs & technical inquiries
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals & quotations
- Negotiate with customers and close sales orders
- Coordinate with design engineering & delivery teams
- Follow up on dispatches billing & payment collections
- Maintain ISO documentation & support ISO audits
- Assist in new client acquisitionfor:
- Design Engineering
- Reverse Engineering
- 3D Scanning projects
Candidate Profile- B.E./ Mechanical (1 year experience) ORDiploma Mechanical (2 to 4 years experience)
- Good understanding of mechanical components & drawings
- Strong communication negotiation & follow-up skills
- Willing to learn technical sales & engineering services business
- Confident proactive & target-oriented
