Job Summary
Operational Management
- Supervise daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production schedules work assignments and staffing requirements.
- Ensure operations meet productivity quality and cost targets.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to avoid downtime or delays.
Team Leadership
- Participate team meetings training and performance evaluations.
- Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
- Promote a positive disciplined and safety-conscious work culture.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all processes comply with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
Safety & Housekeeping
- Enforce strict adherence to safety rules SOPs and PPE usage.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain a clean organized and hazard-free work environment (5S knowledge is a plus).
Coordination & Communication
- Communicate daily goals updates and issues with management and other departments.
- Collaborate with maintenance supply chain and quality teams to support uninterrupted operations.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and performance summaries.
- Problem-Solving & Improvement
- Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies.
- Suggest process adjustments to reduce waste and optimize productivity.
Qualifications :
- Bilingual: Korean and English
- Experience in operations supervision production or manufacturing roles.
- Strong understanding of operational processes (production logistics quality or warehouse operations).
- Good knowledge of SOPs safety regulations and quality standards.
- Experience with ERP systems and production management tools.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
