Position Title: Operations Supervisor
Location: Nettleton MS
Schedule: Day Shift 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (up to 5:30 PM as needed)
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations supervisor to support daily operations within a manufacturing facility in Nettleton MS. This role requires hands-on experience with AS/400 systems and RF scanning equipment. As a lead-level position the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong operational knowledge and the ability to develop into a future department lead.
All candidates will be interviewed prior to an offer being extended.
Essential Duties
- Perform operational and inventory-related tasks using AS/400 software
- Utilize RF scanners to track materials and support workflow accuracy
- Assist with coordinating daily production activities
- Monitor processes to ensure accuracy efficiency and compliance
- Provide guidance and support to team members when needed
- Uphold all safety quality and operational standards
- Show initiative and leadership potential for advancement
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working with AS/400 systems
- Experience using RF scanning devices
- Background in manufacturing or operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable professional and capable of leading by example
- Flexible to work extended hours as required
