Role Summary
We are looking for a dependable Operations Lead to support daily manufacturing operations in Nettleton MS. This position requires experience working with AS/400 software and RF scanning equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong operational skills and the ability to grow into a lead or supervisory role.
Candidates will be interviewed prior to any offer being made.
Primary Responsibilities
Use AS/400 systems to complete operational and inventory-related tasks
Operate RF scanners to track materials and maintain accuracy
Assist with coordinating workflow and daily production activities
Ensure processes are followed and production standards are met
Support and guide team members as needed
Maintain compliance with safety and quality requirements
Exhibit leadership qualities and readiness for advancement
Qualifications
Previous hands-on experience with AS/400
Experience using RF guns
Manufacturing or operations experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable professional and able to lead by example
Willingness to work extended hours when required
