Job Summary
Job Description: IT Support Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware software and networking related issues
- Install configure and troubleshoot computer systems and applications
- Maintain and update documentation of IT procedures and inventory
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation of IT systems
- Monitor and respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support
- Experience with cloud-based services and virtualization technologies
- Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $85000 - $95000 per year
