Job Summary
The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for credentialing therapists with Trinity Rehab LLC. The Credentialing Specialist reports to the President and VP of Finance and works integrally with the Outpatient Billing Team to provide additional support. The Credentialing Specialist may also work with Program Managers Clinicians Clinical Specialists Area Directors and the VP of Finance to ensure compliance with all Trinity Rehab LLC credentialing and billing practices and standards.
Credentialing Specialist- Part Time
Responsible for keeping credentialing active for all necessary therapists with all required insurance companies. This includes but not limited to updating the CAQH updating Modio (credentialing software) communicating effectively with therapists and management to facilitate the process
Attend monthly/weekly Credentialing meetings with Ads/PMs to give updates on credentialing status
Responsible for assisting patients with their account to include taking payments and posting patient responsibility payments.
Other duties as assigned.
