Are you a strategic sales professional with a proven track record in closing enterprise deals As an Account Executive based in the Netherlands you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding ParkBees presence in the Dutch market. What Youll Be Doing
New Business Development: Own and develop your Dutch territory focusing on enterprise and complex ICP accounts. Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure. Conduct sophisticated discovery processes to understand complex organizational needs and develop compelling value propositions tailored to senior stakeholders. Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles independently.
Strategic Territory Planning: Identify and prioritize high-value prospects within your territory. Develop account-specific strategies that demonstrate deep understanding of customer business models. Build territory plans aligned with ParkBees growth objectives for the Dutch market bringing best practices to develop improve and optimize sales processes.
Stakeholder Management: Navigate and influence senior-level decision makers including C-suite executives Directors and Property Managers. Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across target organizations and lead senior stakeholder conversations independently. Orchestrate internal resources from our Amsterdam HQ (SDRs Operations Product Customer Success) to support deal progression.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs to qualify and progress pipeline opportunities. Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and set the foundation for long-term client success. Facilitate and manage cross-team priorities commitments and roadmaps while mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices.
Performance & Innovation: Actively contribute to achieving team revenue KPIs. Challenge the status quo and conventional approaches to drive innovation. Deliver sound proposals that are well-researched and demonstrate strategic thinking. Actively facilitate and champion process innovation that results in better faster outcomes.
What You Bring
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of managing and closing enterprise or complex ICP deals.
Demonstrated success in new business acquisition with experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation.
Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build senior-level relationships.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and articulate business value.
Established business network and demonstrated success in the Netherlands.
Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce or HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel regularly across the Netherlands.
Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
Experience in Prop-Tech or related sectors is a strong advantage.
