JOB DUTIES:
- Manage and support a portfolio of B2B customers in the electronic security sector.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow your accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
- Learn the ins and outs of security technology and sales strategy.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- A proactive customer-focused mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Interest in technology electronics or security systems.
- A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic commercial environment.
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
WE VALUE:
- Experience with SAP or other ERP system
- Fluent in French and/or English
- Previous experience in security sector
