Reliable Bookkeeper for Accurate Financial Management


Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage accounts payable accounts receivable and financial reconciliations. This role ensures the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of financial records supporting smooth business operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

  • Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.

  • Assist in identifying discrepancies and resolving accounting issues.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.

  • Strong knowledge of AP AR bank and account reconciliations.

  • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of financial data.
