We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Junior Admin Assistant to support daily administrative and project coordination activities. Working closely with the Director and team this role is suited to a self-starter with strong attention to detail excellent technical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a virtual team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparing quotations reports and project documentation
Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple projects
Coordinate meetings schedules and team activities
Monitor and support project workflows and timelines
Assist with basic social media tasks
Manage general correspondence and electronic filing
Create and maintain PDF reports using Adobe tools
Support system maintenance and business improvements using tools such as Mailchimp
Assist with accounts payable receivable and debtor management
Liaise with clients and external stakeholders
Contribute to a safe organised and positive work environment
Participate in ongoing professional development and team activities
Undertake additional administrative and project tasks as required
Requirements
Degree qualified
Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role
Advanced skill using Microsoft Word is absolutely required.
Experience using Trello Dropbox Xero and MS Outlook
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent time management and task prioritisation abilities
High level of customer service and communication skills
Highly organised process-driven and efficient
Results-focused with the ability to work independently
Experience working in a virtual environment with a small team is desirable
Interest in supporting inclusive and accessible outcomes
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position it is important to note that this is a full-time rolenot a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability just as you would in an office environment.
This role requires:
Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times not flexible)
Use of time tracking software during work hours
Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
Treating this as a long-term full-time jobnot a side gig or freelance task
Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php 31000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation

5. HMO offered after 6-months probation
6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
