- Develop andmaintainPower BI dashboards and reports toprovideactionable insights into workforce analytics technologyutilization financials and contract oversight.
- Monitor and track onboarding offboarding and internal transitions to support workforce planning and reporting.
- Review and analyze technology-related contracts to ensure alignment with businessobjectivesandidentifycost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate withcross-functional partnersto support contract negotiations renewals hiringpipeline and budget alignment.
- Support internal audits compliance and workforce optimization initiatives throughaccurateandtimelydata delivery.
- Execute ad hoc queries and generate insights to inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear concise manner.
- Contribute to a positive inclusive and high-performance team culture through targeted engagement activities and professional development opportunities.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role Wed love to work with you if you have:
- 35 years of experience in technology strategy workforce analytics operations or process optimization within a banking technology or financial services environment.
- Advancedproficiencyin Power BI and Microsoft Excel;demonstratedexperience in data visualization dashboard development and translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information and provide clear recommendations.
- High business acumen including the ability to understand analyze and interpret technology-related contracts and financial documents.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders including Finance Procurement Talent Acquisition Technology leadership and business teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate confidently and clearly in meetings onconference calls and via email with all levels of the organization.
- Strong senseof ownership accountability and initiative in driving technology optimization and operational improvements.
- Experience in event planning employee engagement process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives is considered an asset.
- Exposuretoartificial intelligence machine learning or automation technologies is considered an asset.
