Scope

Senior business analyst will be supporting CJDD product initiatives participating in various working groups expected to collaborate closely with Ministry clients and amp; stakeholders delivery leads technical and amp; QA teams and subject matter experts. Resource will be accountable for application of technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Business Case and amp; Requirements Elicitation Business Solution and amp; Options Analysis Business Process Model Product Journey and amp; feature structure map User Story (incl. digital User Interface) elaboration and amp; prioritization; play an important role in creating the business architecture artifacts and validating test strategy and amp; plan and support activities related to implementation transition and sustainment.

Documentation Participate in creation of high-quality business process / business solution / business architecture / product journey map / system requirement change management plan and amp; execution plan and amp; process development for service transition and operation
Support Assist with troubleshooting production issues and support day-to-day operations
Stakeholder Engagement - Liaise with business partners to analyze complex problems and understand business goals and objectives
Testing - Support QA team testing activities including taking a key role in Test Strategy and amp; Plan User Acceptance Testing and training

8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting medium to largescale projects with progressively increasing responsibility.
5 years of handson experience collaborating with business stakeholders in functional design sessions detailed solution design and issue triage for production.
5 years of experience providing firstlevel triage support to business and technical SMEs identifying design gaps during testing and production.
Experience as a Scrum Master with practical application of Agile practices.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and demonstrated ability to apply them effectively.
Proficient in Agile project worktracking tools including Azure DevOps and JIRA.
Experience developing Business Architecture and System Requirements Documents.
Familiarity with traceability matrices clientcentric approaches and Agile delivery practices.
