Job Summary

Role Description ServiceNow Business System Analyst (SNOW BSA)
ServiceNow Business System Analyst to enhance or establish a professional network with managers and senior managers Business Users regionally & globally
Coordinate communication between various departments to ensure awareness and approval for releases enhancement defects and any other changes that impact in ServiceNow
Expertise working in ServiceNow integrations like eBonding Autocut etc.; experience with APIs and data mapping rules
Ensure it remains consistent with the ITSM strategy SDLC process and ensure coordination with all other IT processes
Assist and manage communications with the team (Offshore and Onsite) as well as stakeholders and business and IT management
Assist with implementing and facilitating change management within assigned projects
Define IT Services and develop processes to manage protect and measure the ServiceNow service
Unit testing business solutions based on business requirements
Involve Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance of ServiceNow to technical process and business groups
Participate in technical workshops with clients multiple cross vendors stakeholders to finalize design solutions
Support the release manager for execution of the master implementation plan per standard implementation methodologies
Provide cost-effective and timely on-boarding for clients users to ITSM systems
Plan and design effective end-to-end service management solutions that drive business value across complex and heterogeneous environments
Provide input on processes procedures or new approaches
Work across various developers to ensure the best solution is implemented and timely implementation is achieved
Work across various testers to ensure all test cases are covered and quality delivery is achieved
Assist with process definition and documentation

Role and Responsibilities BSA
Confer with clients users to identify analyze and document requirements
Analyze information business systems to identify OFI
Create stories and write detailed acceptance criteria
Create data mapping documents for integrations and perform status reporting
Provide advice on information systems strategy policy management security and service delivery
Conduct business and technical studies to design develop integrate and implement information systems business solutions
Perform unit testing and drive UAT

Mandatory Must-Have Skills and Experience
Good knowledge in ServiceNow & CMDB Discovery
Good communication and writing skills
Well-versed with documentation (MS Office Suite)
Well-versed with Agile methodology
ITSM
