We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Client Strategy Lead to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance client success strengthen relationships and drive business growth. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to key clients lead cross-functional teams and ensure the delivery of innovative client-focused solutions in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive client strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients fostering trust loyalty and long-term partnerships
Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver client-centric solutions programs and initiatives
Conduct strategic planning sessions account reviews and performance analyses with clients
Identify opportunities for growth upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts
Analyze client engagement satisfaction and business impact providing actionable insights to leadership
Prepare executive-level presentations reports and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders
Mentor and guide junior client management team members on best practices and strategic approaches
Stay informed of industry trends emerging technologies and competitive landscape to advise clients effectively
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Management or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 710 years of experience in client strategy account management consulting or professional services
Proven track record managing large client accounts and delivering strategic business outcomes
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive stakeholders
Proficiency with CRM platforms project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and lead remote teams effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B or professional services sectors
Familiarity with digital strategy business transformation or marketing analytics
Leadership experience managing client-facing teams or strategic projects
Compensation:
Annual Salary Range: $130000 $180000 USD commensurate with experience and qualifications
