Job Responsibilities:
- Type and format documents reports correspondence and internal records
- Perform accurate data entry into company systems and databases
- Proofread documents for accuracy grammar and formatting
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support office staff and management with documentation needs
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a typist data entry clerk or administrative assistant
- Strong typing speed with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and email platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
