Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into company systems and databases
- Review data for errors completeness and consistency
- Maintain digital records for products orders inventory and customer information
- Assist with document organization and electronic filing
- Generate basic reports as needed
- Ensure data confidentiality and follow company policies
- Support administrative and operational teams with data-related tasks
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous data entry clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
