Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls in Italian
Support with device issues subscriptions billing and services
Provide empathetic efficient customer service
Identify opportunities to promote relevant products
Ensure a professional positive customer experience
Requirements
Fluent Italian
Customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic proactive salesminded
Comfortable in fastpaced environments
Training
15 working days 8h/day (start 08:3009:30)
Includes systems products/services phone support and practice
Paid only if completed; no contract during training
Working Hours
40h/week rotating shifts MonSun (06:0022:00)
1h lunch break
Portuguese public holidays (comp day if worked)
Benefits
Up to 20 vacation days first year (proportional); 22 thereafter
Holiday & Christmas allowances (proportional)
Optional company apartment for 14 months if living 100 km away (incl. utilities; no pets)
Compensation Examples
With apartment: approx. 1251.83/month
Without apartment: approx. 1050/month
