Job Summary

Project Manager NEC (ECC)

Overview: Lead overall delivery of a multi-disciplinary wastewater DBO contract ensuring on-time on-budget execution with NEC4 compliance for municipal treatment upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full lifecycle: tender prep design coordination construction commissioning and 15 year O&M handover.
Manage risks budgets (HK$1B scale) and stakeholders (client subs regulators).
Administer NEC ECC: early warnings compensation events programme controls.
Drive sustainability: effluent standards water reclamation integration.
Team leadership: 50 multidisciplinary staff.

Minimum Requirements:

MHKIE (or equiv.) in Mech/Elec/Civil/Env/Chem Eng.
15 years post-qual in relevant engineering contracts.
8 years as main contractor PM (or equiv.).
1 year proven NEC usage or accredited training.
Candidates must already hold the right to work in Hong Kong (HKID / dependent visa / permanent resident).

Reporting & Location: Reports to Project Director; HK-based with site visits (Northern NT focus).
