The Opportunity:
Were looking for a Business Support Specialist to join our Advisory Platform and Services team.
Reporting to the VP Advisory Platform and Services the Specialist Business Support is responsible for resolving issues that impact advisor platforms and tools supporting advisors in their use of platform and driving adoption of best practices aimed at improving advisor productivity and experience. This front-line support role is critical to ensuring advisors have the tools knowledge and information needed to deliver exceptional client experiences.

What your day looks like:
- Act as a contact for credit union leaders and support teams experiencing issues with digital platforms (e.g. Advisor Hub Conquest Dataphile)
- Provide hands-on support and coaching to advisors helping them adopt new features and maximize platform capabilities
- Triage and resolve platform-related issues escalating and monitoring resolution of technical concerns to IT or product teams as needed
- Monitor platform performance and proactively identify potential disruptions or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations Compliance Product IT) to ensure smooth platform functionality and user satisfaction
- Contribute to training materials FAQs and user guides to enhance advisor self-service and platform adoption
- Gather advisor feedback and relay insights to platform development teams for continuous improvement
- Participate in testing and validation of new platform features before deployment
RequirementsYour experience and skills:
- Post-secondary education in business finance information technology or a related field
- 5 years experience in advisor support business support or platform enablement within financial services
- Strong understanding of advisor workflows and digital platforms (e.g. Advisor Hub Conquest Dataphile)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a coaching mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced advisor-centric environment
- Experience with issue triage business analysis and cross-functional collaboration
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Fluent communication skills in English are required; bilingual skills in French are an asset
