Commercial Service Team Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Service Team Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing a select group of middle-market commercial accounts while supporting and enhancing existing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset excellent communication skills and a strategic approach to team leadership. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Up to $95000 annually
- Bonus & Milestones: Opportunity to earn up to $115000 in the first year

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a select group of middle-market commercial accounts (Property & Casualty).
- Support and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and mentor team members fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize Hawksoft software to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; 5 years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term growth.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement process improvements.
- Self-motivated and confident in decision-making.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to leadership.
- Location: Preference for candidates in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
