Position Summary


We are seeking dependable and professional Virtual Call Center Representatives to support inbound customer service outbound follow-up and sales-related call activities. This remote position is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences within a structured work environment. If you are self-driven we are looking for you as an independent Customer Service Agents to support multiple client programs. Contractors provide professional customer service while working remotely from home. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling program variety and performfance-based earnings.

This is not an employee position. All roles are 1099 Independent Contractor opportunities.





Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner

  • Represent client brands with clear courteous and confident communication

  • Accurately document call outcomes and customer information in internal systems

  • Meet established performance expectations for call quality attendance and reliability

  • Maintain professionalism and composure in all customer interactions

  • Follow established call scripts workflows and quality standards
