Job Description:
The Commercial Relationship Manager drives revenue growth by developing and maintaining long-term relationships within commercial markets. This role focuses on new business development and account management across industries such as commercial real estate hospitality healthcare education and municipal facilities. Restoration industry experience is required.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage commercial accounts

Build relationships with facility leaders property managers and executives

Manage the full sales cycle using a consultative approach

Conduct in-person client meetings and presentations

Collaborate with project managers and operations teams
-
Maintain strong referral relationships with insurance and trade partners

Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain activity reports
Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
-
2 years of B2B sales experience
-
2 years in insurance/restoration project management
-
IICRC certifications (Water Fire Mold) required
-
Strong communication organization and relationship-building skills
-
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
