Job Description & Summary
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience working with Oracle fusion cloud financials including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts receivable Tax Cash management & Fixed Assets modules Experience with Oracle Cloud Finance Solution Architect / Lead role Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader: Experience in at least 4 end to end Oracle cloud financial implementations Proven ability to manage and configure Financial modules to align with business requirements and enhance financial operations. Strong understanding of financial processes and the capability to translate business needs into Oracle Cloud solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to work with teams and stakeholders. Effective communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in training and supporting users to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Cloud Financials. Participates in the improvement of business processes including but not limited to the following Oracle application-packaged modules includingOracle Cloud Designs implements and supporting business processes in an Oracle environment. Designs builds tests and deploys various Oracle solutions Creates a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; Provides candid meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and Keeps leadership informed of progress and issues.
