Job Summary

Job Role: Product Manager

Exp: 5-7 Year(Full Time)

Job Responsibilities :

Lead the product life cycle including vision strategy roadmap requirements user experience delivery launch improvements & support

Conduct market research and analysis to identify business needs and translate them into requirements

Translate product requirements into sprint planning define product feature sets with clear requirements

Collaborate across disciplines including business design development QA implementation & customer support teams to deliver defined feature sets

Define & document success criteria for testing and product acceptance

Continuously monitor and analyze product performance usage data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Own manager & prioritize product development backlogs

Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to lead market & user research and drive innovation

Required

Prior experience working on consumer-facing products.

Proven 5 years of experience as a Product Manager and strong understanding of product management principles methodologies and best practices

Excellent requirement analysis and prioritization skills

Excellent communication analytical multitasking & problem solving skills

Strong passion and focus on delivering the premium customer experience

Willingness to push yourself to learn new things and collaborate with team member
