Role Summary
The Sales Manager – Samruddhi will be responsible for driving business growth by sourcing quality loans managing a sales team and building strong relationships within the assigned geography. The role focuses on achieving disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sourcing and acquisition of Samruddhi loans through direct referral and channel partners
Lead guide and monitor the performance of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers
Ensure achievement of disbursement revenue and productivity targets
Build and maintain relationships with customers connectors and local influencers
Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to credit and compliance guidelines
Conduct regular field visits and market development activities
Track competitor activity and suggest strategies for business growth
Ensure timely documentation disbursement and postdisbursement followups
Coordinate with credit operations and collections teams
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Affordable Housing / Micro Finance / LAP / Samruddhitype products
Prior team handling experience is mandatory
Strong understanding of local Mumbai market (Malad and nearby areas preferred)
