Key Responsibilities
the day-to-day financial operations of the organization ensuring
accuracy in all financial records.
the preparation of financial statements reports and tax filings in
compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring the effective allocation of
resources.
accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely and accurate
processing of transactions.
financial controls to safeguard company assets and maintain
financial integrity.
with external auditors for annual audits and ensure the timely
resolution of any issues.
the coordination and execution of operational activities to ensure
smooth and efficient daily business functions.
operational processes identify areas for improvement and
implement solutions to increase productivity.
compliance with industry regulations internal policies and safety
standards.
and optimize operational workflows from procurement to delivery
ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
and mentor operational teams fostering a culture of continuous
improvement.
the management and control of stock ensuring that inventory
regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies ensuring that stock
counts align with records.
