Job Summary

Summary:
The role is central to the seamless execution of sales orders and serves as a critical liaison across key departments including Customers (Distributors) Sales Planning Production and Finance. This position ensures end-to-end order management drives commercial accuracy and supports strategic sales targets through timely documentation coordination and reporting. The incumbent leads the Internal Sales Department (ISD) oversees commercial operations and maintains alignment between internal teams and external partners ensuring operational efficiency financial accuracy and customer satisfaction. The role plays a pivotal part in driving sales performance and maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of sales orders from initiation to delivery ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Act as the primary interface between Distributors Sales Team Production Planning Logistics and Finance.
  • Lead and supervise the Internal Sales Department (ISD) fostering a productive and collaborative team environment.
  • Manage commercial activities including cost analysis offer preparation and submission.
  • Ensure complete and timely order processing including collection and verification of required documentation.
  • Issue order acknowledgments and maintain continuous communication with external sales and distributors on order status and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor and reconcile Pending Sales Orders (PSO) to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with ISD and partners to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure prompt collection and processing of commercial documents and forms.
  • Oversee timely and accurate dispatch of materials in alignment with delivery schedules.
  • Facilitate timely adjustments of credit and debit notes for customers.
  • Verify and validate monthly commissions for direct orders.
  • Collaborate with Finance for credit assessments and risk evaluation prior to order processing.
  • Maintain and report on key performance metrics including:
    • Monthly sales performance
    • Sales projections for the upcoming month
    • Production planning data and forecasts


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales operations order management or commercial coordination.
  • Proven experience leading a sales or operations team in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel ERP systems and MIS reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Experience with credit management commission processing and order reconciliation.
  • Strong understanding of production planning and logistics coordination.
