Position: Insurance Manager
Experience: *5–10 years in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services
Salary: *80000 Per Month (Negotiable)
Location: *Delhi Connaught Place
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow the insurance business across branches in alignment with company targets.
* Drive sourcing and sales of insurance products (Life General Health) through branch channels.
* Coordinate with insurance partners for product rollout renewals and policy servicing.
* Train and support branch staff on insurance products sales processes and compliance.
* Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* Monitor insurance MIS performance reports and branch-wise productivity
* Handle customer escalations claims coordination and policy-related issues.
* Support cross-selling and upselling of insurance products to existing NBFC customers.
* Build strong relationships with insurers branch managers and internal stakeholders.
* Conduct branch visits to review performance and provide on-ground support.
Key Skills & Competencies
* Strong knowledge of insurance products and bancassurance/NBFC distribution models.
* Experience in team handling and multi-branch operations.
* Willingness to travel for branch visits as required.
