Position: Assistant HR Manager
Experience: *Minimum 4 years in End-to-End HR functions (NBFC experience preferred)
Qualification: MBA
Salary: *50000 Per Month
Location: *Delhi Connaught Place
Branch Visits: Required as and when needed

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding payroll coordination and exit formalities.
* Manage manpower planning and hiring for corporate and branch-level requirements.
* Ensure HR policy implementation and statutory compliance (PF ESI labor laws).
* Maintain employee records HR MIS and documentation.
* Support performance management employee engagement and grievance handling.
* Coordinate with branch managers and conduct branch visits when required.
