Role Overview

The Corporate Recruiter will hire internal talent across multiple verticalsrecruitment operations business development training and leadership. This role requires a mature recruiter who focuses on quality hiring team building and business alignment not just numbers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for junior to mid-level internal roles.

  • Understand manpower forecasts; create clear accurate JDs.

  • Execute sourcing via LinkedIn Naukri referrals and social media.

  • Handle both mass hiring and niche/headhunting roles.

  • Conduct detailed screenings (skills behaviour stability aspirations).

  • Maintain hiring trackers MIS and documentation.

  • Partner with business heads for smooth coordination & closures.

  • Use AI tools for JD creation boolean search outreach & screening support.



Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • 35 yrs recruitment experience (2 yrs stability in one company).

  • Strong sourcing & headhunting skills.

  • Excellent communication & persuasion ability.

  • LinkedIn sourcing expertise.

  • Strong screening judgement.

  • Comfort with AI tools Naukri LinkedIn Excel ATS.
