Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT/Non-IT roles including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess applicants qualifications skills and compatibility with the company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and extend job offers negotiate terms and ensure candidates smooth onboarding.


Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Additional Information:

  • Willingness to relocate to Noida.
  • Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
